Refund requests on purchases made via CCBill are handled on a case-by-case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support department. CCBill membership purchases are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Refund policy - Purchase via Paypal, GPay, Venmo, Cashapp & Bitcoin

We do not provide any type of refund on purchases made via Paypal, GPay, Venmo, Cashapp & Bitcoin. Membership purchases via these vendors are not subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
